Anthony “Tony” Williams

Chief Executive Officer & Founder

Anthony “Tony” Williams is a leader and strategic visionary with 40+ years of extensive and progressive experience in intelligence, operations and human capital. As a former military officer, Tony culminated his defense career as the Director of the Strategic Planning Group for the Chief of Staff at the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA). Prior to that, Tony held a Human Capital position with the Joint Staff Intelligence Office (J2) at the Pentagon. Tony holds a BA in Political Science from Southern University A&M and Master of Science Degree in Human Resource Management from Troy State University. He also has Master Certificates in Organizational Change, Aligning Project Management with Corporate Strategy and Program Management from The George Washington University. In addition, Tony is a graduate of the Executive Leadership Development Program at Harvard School of Business.

Michelle Rubie-Smith

President & Chief Financial Officer

Michelle Rubie-Smith is a natural leader with a demonstrated capability to build and motivate teams of professionals. She brings a deep well of experience as a strategic thinker and is skilled at managing ambiguity and adapting to and driving change. Michelle began her career in the public sector, working in personnel security. Since then, she has spent the last 30 years in operations, managing business lines ranging from $20M-$350M. She has held Vice President of Operations positions at large Security Solution providers. She has extensive experience and knowledge in planning, launching, and successfully leading projects and operations that generate competitive advantage. She actively works to deploy new technologies and process improvement tools to achieve business goals. Michelle currently holds a B.A. in International Politics from Georgetown University Walsh School of Foreign Service, an M.B.A. from the University of Maryland, Robert H. Smith School of Business, and has completed the Executive Development Program at the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business.

Clarence Johnson, Jr.

Director of Business Development / SBLO

Clarence Johnson, Jr. is a retired United States Navy Master Chief Petty Officer with over 40+ years of combined experience in the military, program management and business development/capture management lifecycle in the DoD and federal sector.  Clarence has over 18 years of experience in capturing, leading, and managing government contracts and maintains strong domain expertise in security program operations, facility security, personnel security, information security and HSPD-12 Personal Identity Verification (PIV) card lifecycle management. He has successfully led and managed programs generating $20 million in combined annual revenue that include customers such as the Department of State, Central Intelligence Agency, Department of Homeland Security, Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, Department of the Navy, Social Security Administration, and the Missile Defense Agency.  He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Maryland University College and a M.B.A. from University of Maryland, Robert H. Smith School of Business.

Albert “Al” Denbrock

Director of Cyber & IT Solutions

Albert Denbrock (Al) is a retired United States Air Force enlistee with over 40 years of experience that spans across multiple fields. He has been a Senior Intelligence Analysis, Superintendent Flight Operations, a Certified Program Security Manager, Facility Security Officer, Master Instructor and Cyber Security Information Officer. He has held the titles of Director of National Security, Director of National Programs and Director of Intelligence & IT Solutions. As an Intelligence Production Superintendent, he was responsible for the identification, processing, analyzes, and reporting of intelligence operations and oversaw the day-to-day operations of 4 Operational Flights consisting of over 130 personnel. He also Produced in-depth, all-source analysis on Foreign Intelligence and Security Service (FISS) and their use of technology for targeting, exploiting and assessing DOD capabilities, information systems, networks, personal and operations. As the Superintendent of Flight Operations, Advance Programs, he oversaw over 140 individuals providing acquisition development and testing of new systems and capabilities. As the Director of National Programs, he was responsible for all aspects of National Programs to include; personnel security, COMSEC, physical security, and classification management for SAP, SCI and collateral as it pertains to National Defense. His technical expertise covers a broad spectrum of DoD applications: Computer Security, Network and System Administration, Security Clearance Management; Joint Test and Evaluation, Administrative, and Maintenance Support.

Yacha Hodge

Director of Intelligence

Yacha Hodge is a distinguished retired Senior Chief Petty Officer, boasting an impressive career spanning over 30 years.  His extensive background encompasses a wealth of experience in military service, executive leadership, program management, and business development within both the Department of Defense (DoD) and the private sector. With a remarkable track record of over a decade, Yacha has successfully led and supported multi-million-dollar government contracts directly contributing to agencies such as Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA), Center for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), U.S. Census Bureau, and Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA).  He is a proven subject matter expert in the fields of Information Security, Cyber Security, and Program/Project Management.  Yacha holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Maryland Global College in Information Systems Management.  Additionally, he possesses a Master’s Certificate from Villanova University and holds the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI). 

Shehan Goonewardene

Director of Mentor-Protege Program

Shehan Goonewardene is a strategic leader with over 15 years of extensive experience with the Department of Defense (DoD) Mentor-Protege Program (MPP). He has successfully led and managed multiple mentor-protege programs at the National Geospatial-Intelligence Activity (NGA), Defense Intelligence Activity (DIA) and the United States Air Force (USAF). Under Shehan’s leadership GRS has secured multiple Nunn-Perry Awards from the Department of Defense. Shehan previously held the position of Program Manager for the United States Navy (USN) Office of Small Business Programs (OSBP). In this role his focus was providing program management support for the client and coordinating between team members and the 11 Major Commands. He was also the Project Coordinator for the Department of Defense Office of Small Business Programs (OSBP). Shehan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of California, Riverside and a M.B.A. in Management and Leadership from the University of La Verne, College of Business and Public Management. He has also developed strong research and writing skills through coursework in contracts law by successfully completing one year of Juris Doctor studies at the University of La Verne College of Law.
