Program Description:
This program is designed to provide professional certifications in Agile, Project Management and ITIL to experienced project managers or those who desire to become professional project managers.

The core course to the program is the Project Management Professional (PMP) Exam Prep Bootcamp. The purpose of this course is to meet the required 35 contact hours to sit the PMP exam but also to prepare the student to pass that exam. The course itself is not enough to pass the exam it takes study. To that end we offer exam application assistance, sample exams, 1600-page workbook, 2000 question exam simulator, recordings, email support and attendance to additional virtual classes and more.

All the above study aides help but studying as a group is a proven and effective way to pass the exam. We include 19 hours of group study time to leverage the study aides in a group setting that increases the student’s chance of passing the exam.

The PMP Exam Prep Bootcamp is focused on preparing the student to sit and pass the PMP Exam. Therefore, we added the Project Management fundamentals course to the program. This course teaches the student how to manage a project.

The Project Management Professional certification is valuable by itself, but we determined that many companies and agencies are agile, moving to agile or thinking about it. Therefore, we added an agile certification to the program to make our graduates able to compete in this workforce marketplace. We selected the popular Certified Scrum Master course from Scrum Alliance. These two courses prepare you to manage projects for companies that use a waterfall method or an agile method.

We add to the program the recently released ITIL 4 Foundation course. ITIL is not just for IT anymore. It teaches bringing value to the customer through its service value system, principles, practices, and service value chain.

You should leave this program with three certifications that make you competitive in the job market because companies are seeking competencies that can support longer-range strategic objectives that contribute value to their customers.

The following courses comprise this program:

INV001 – ITIL 4 Foundation CourseAs an entry level qualification course, the student reaches a practical understanding of the key concepts, common terminology, principles and practices that lead to the stable management of modern IT enabled services.
